Standard Licensing Agreement

Lost or Damaged Products
If any ClearBrick LLC product, purchased by a Customer, becomes lost or damaged, Customer may request a replacement be sent to them. Requests will be reviewed and fulfilled based on the availability of the product. ClearBrick LLC reserves the right to decline product replacement requests.

As a user or consumer ("Customer") of any information, products, content, data or digital media ("Content") provided through the ClearBrick website or its products, Customer may utilize the Content for their own personal use. Customers may make one copy of the Content for personal use. Additional reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited. Company-wide licenses of ClearBrick LLC content may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis by contacting ClearBrick LLC through www.clearbrick.com.
Citation of Content
ClearBrick LLC may not be cited in any commercial or external media without the express written consent of ClearBrick LLC. Press releases may not include "ClearBrick" or "ClearBrick LLC" in the header or sub-header without the express written consent of ClearBrick LLC.
Internal usage and citation of ClearBrick Content is permissible as long as it is limited in scope, is quoted in verbatim from the original source, and is properly referenced.
