ClearBrick LLC ("ClearBrick") is a limited liability company formed in the State of Kansas. ClearBrick is an independent business publishing and market research company that provides practical business improvement advice and insight. ClearBrick produces do-it-yourself products that enable and support a business of any size to evaluate and implement their own business improvement projects. ClearBrick was founded in 2006 by Robert G. Howard, a management consulting veteran with over 20 years of experience.

What is a Do-It-Yourself solution kit?
The do-it-yourself solution kit is a series of tips, tools and advice that are designed to guide you through the complete business improvement project lifecycle. The first part of the series is designed to develop an understanding of the business issue and includes perspectives, tips, and overview illustrations. The second part of the series is designed to plan the project and includes business case tools, tips and project planning guidelines. The third part of the series is designed to execute the project and includes a comprehensive field guide and roadmap.

Will there be a hardcopy of the products offered soon?
Currently all ClearBrick products are available only as digital download files from our website. You will need Adobe’s free Acrobat Reader to view the files. Hardcopy version of the products may be made available in the future if there is substantial customer demand for hardcopy distribution of the products.
Does ClearBrick provide consulting services?

Does ClearBrick use freelance writers?
ClearBrick primarily utilizes its own professional research and product development staff to design and develop its products and contents. However, some freelance writers contribute to our content and we are seeking to expand our network of contributing authors. Do I have to follow the methodology exactly?
The methodology is designed to be a guideline for executing your project. The methodology can be traversed in a number of different ways to suit the specific situation or business problem being addressed. The ClearBrick Field Guide contains several sections that provide tips and considerations for choosing the right path through the methodology.
Where do I start?
We suggest that you start by reviewing the quick reference guide. This guide provides an overview of the key elements of the solution kit and its contents. Can I transfer my product license to a third party?
By purchasing the ClearBrick product you are granted a single use license of the product. This license may not be transferred to other individuals or third parties. If you are a consultant, you may use the product license for a single client. The products may not be transferred to that client. Our first solution kit focuses on improving the customer experience.
